James Edgerly has been drafting plans for homes since the beginning of his business. He truly understands how to take your ideas and make them aesthetically pleasing; yet, possible, functional, and within budget. When you chose to go with someone who has over 100 homebuilding experiences under his belt, you know that your project is in the hands of a person who has proven his competence over and over.

We now offer 2D and 3D computerized renderings of your plans.

From the site plans to the colors on the walls and the soft interior furnishings, we can create a virtual tour based on your ideas.

If you need to move a wall, add a room, redesign a kitchen, change materials or plan your landscaping; we can show you what it will look like before you build.

We also have an in-house design consultant who will be happy to assist you. Whenever you desire guidance on colors, materials, fixtures or even furnishings, we can help you.

You can also pick from one of our tried and tested designs that are ready to take you right into the building process.
